Here is as far as I got in a day, I will put together an animated thing showing the way I worked as soon as I can.

Here is the image 'so far' that I have been fiddling with. It started off as a quick test where I have been taking screen grabs to show how I created it. However I have spent quite a while fiddling.
Useing Photoshop and Painter, I am still not sure it is finished.

Photoshop test

This a video of the photoshot test I did back in July. A good size copy of this is on an earlier blog below.

I started the layout and then moved it down before finishing the piece.

This is another test using a photo my mate Taf took. (www.taffmanton.com) I thought the lighting was great on it and hope to be able to capture that with the brush tool in Photoshop. By zooming in and out the detail can be increased. However this can upset the overall composition.
